One thing I know for sure, is that it's not easy being a visionary, a leader, an entrepreneur, an executive, or an influencer whose called to make an impact. BUT having to simultaneously deal with emotional trauma, hurt and spiritual bondage, can prohibit living a life full of purpose, progress, prosperity and significance.
2 steps forward can feel like 3 steps backward. For me, I quickly became BEYOND sick and tired of the repetitive cycles of constant struggle, defeat and sabotage that eroded at my true destiny.

Who am I?
I’m Dr. Juanita Woodson, The Chain Breaker! I'm a business coach, author, serial entrepreneur, and therapist also known as the Breakthrough Accelerator.
One of my primary assignments is to help students discover and unearth the truth about the success THEY CAN have and provide the tools and support needed to finally achieve a BREAKTHROUGH!

Everybody deserves a breakthrough …
In 1999, I was broke, broken and homeless after a second nasty divorce. My ex-husband continued to verbally and mentally abuse me. The day he pulled a knife on me, I knew it was about to be over. Only God delivered me and allowed me to live. I found myself on food stamps with my children living in subsidized housing (Section 8).
I knew there was more in life but just didn’t know what to do and where to turn. I was led by God to try my hand at real estate and began to purchase properties with bad credit and no money…ended up acquiring multiple investment properties (around 5).
A few years later, I went back to college despite being labeled with a learning disability and ended up receiving three degrees back-to-back. Never allow anyone to place labels on you and stuff you in “their” box.
Then I reached a point in my life where I was tired of being alone, so I married again against Gods voice. During this time, I became the 1st African American and woman to own and operate a child welfare agency where I lived. The agency acquired $1.5 million dollars in grants. I really enjoyed the freedom of being my own boss and purchased a brand-new home.
Sadly, I went through another divorce! Adding insult to injury, things took a turn for the worst with my agency. I lost everything. I lost my first agency to betrayal (yes, the one I built from scratch!) Someone I trusted sabotaged me and I lost our new home! I was homeless and back on food stamps.
It was a low and dark time in my life. Depression hit me like a ton of bricks!
BUT I’m so glad that I serve a God of BREAKTHROUGH;
One that gives a 2nd, 3rd … and 4th chance!
Fast forwarding a few years, I married the man of my dreams and today have a thriving marriage! He accepted and loved all my children. Although he was the main bread winner, I went on to build a six-figure cosmetic line. I became a stay-at-home mom by choice living “the good life.”
BUT IT DIDN’T STOP THERE…
We started SEVERAL more businesses including a book publishing company, a counseling firm, and launched a new nonprofit organization. The best part is we get to travel the WORLD several times a year for leisure, business, and mission trips!
